JAKARTA, INDONESIA - About 200 marines deployed United States (US) has landed in Darwin, Australia, areas close to Indonesia on Tuesday. The deployment of hundreds of combat-ready marines claimed came amid threats of nuclear attack diumbar North Korea (Korea) against the United States.

The presence of the US Navy's 200 troops in Darwin is the first wave of a total of 1,250 troops will be deployed. The US military claimed, the Marines are ready for war against North Korea and secured the win.

"Pyongyang's nuclear weapons and the struggle to have a clear ambition to develop an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear payload so far (region) USA," said Bishop told ABC.

"That means Australia will be within the range, unless prevented from doing so, it would be a serious threat to the peace and stability of our region, and it is unacceptable," he said.

North Korea on Tuesday threatened to retaliate if the US dared to choose the military option or aggression against Pyongyang.

The US military in a statement carried by KCNA said the deployment of the US nuclear strategic asset to the Korean Peninsula has pushed the region into a dangerous situation. "Where is the thermo-nuclear war may break out at any moment," the statement said.

Meanwhile, in Darwin, the commander of US Marine Lt. Col. Brian Middleton said 13 planes, including the tilt- rotor Ospreys, helicopter Super Cobra and Huey helicopters participated deployed. According to him, this indicates "a kind of US real commitment to this region and to this partnership".
