WeLcOmE TO My SiTeS - Moscow, Argentine football legend Diego Maradona considers Russian President Vladimir Putin a phenomenon that can bring peace to many people around the world. Instead, he views the President of the United States (US) Donald John Trump like a cartoon character who need not be taken seriously.
