Is Chinese Communism Planned To Destroy The United States?

In a secret speech given to high-ranking cadres of the Chinese Communist Party almost two decades ago, Chinese Defense Minister General Chi Haotian explained the long-term plan to ensure the national revival of the Chinese Communists.

Chi Haotian said there are three vital issues that must be understood. The first problem is the living space problem - because China is very overpopulated and China's environment is deteriorating. Therefore, the second problem is that Chinese Communists must teach Chinese people to "get out" of China.

What Chi Haotian meant was the conquest of new land, on which "the second China" could be built through "colonialism." From the second problem, comes the third vital problem: "The problem of the United States."

Chi Haotian warned his listeners: "This seems surprising, but the logic is actually very simple ... [China] is in a fundamental conflict with the strategic interests of the West."

Therefore, the United States will never let China take another country to build a second China. The United States is blocking the way of China.

Chi Haotian explained the problem in the following way: "Does the United States allow China to colonize to get a new place to live? First, if the United States is firm in blocking China, it is difficult for China to do something important for Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, [so] how much living space can China get? Very trivial! Only countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia have large tracts of land to serve China's needs for mass colonization. ”

"China is not that stupid to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people, China can protect America for the sake of China itself, "Chi Haotian said.

The answer is found in biological weapons.

"Of course, China does not stand idly by. In recent years, China has taken the opportunity to master this kind of weapon, "Chi Haotian added.

The ruling Chinese Communist regards biological weapons as the most important weapon to achieve its goal of "wiping out the United States."

Chi Haotian praised former Chinese Communist Party leader Deng Xiaoping for placing biological weapons in front of all other weapons systems in China's arsenal:

"When Comrade Deng Xiaoping was still with China, the Chinese Communist Party's Central Committee had the ability to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and instead focus on developing deadly weapons that could eliminate the mass population of enemy nations."

It seems unbelievable, but Chi Haotian regards himself as a "humanist" communist, and therefore recognizes mixed personal feelings on this issue: "I sometimes think how cruel it is for China and the United States to be enemies."

However, Chi Haotian stressed, the United States helped China in World War II. The Chinese people remember that the United States opposes Japanese imperialism. But now that is not a problem.

"In the long run, China's relationship with the United States is one of the struggles of life and death," Chi Haotian said. This tragic situation must be accepted.

According to Chi Haotian, "We must not forget that the history of our civilization repeatedly teaches us that one mountain does not permit two tigers to inhabit."

The problem of China's overpopulation and deteriorating environment will ultimately lead to social collapse and civil war, according to Chi Haotian.

He estimates that "more than 800 million" Chinese people will die in such ruin. Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party has no other alternative policy.

Either the United States was "annihilated" by a biological weapon attack, or China suffered a national disaster.

Chi Chiotian further said: "China must prepare for two scenarios. If China's biological weapons succeed in a surprise attack, the Chinese people can keep losses at a minimum in the war against the United States. However, if the attack fails and triggers nuclear retaliation from the United States, then China might suffer a disaster in which more than half of its population will be destroyed. Armed Virus

The West does not yet understand the motives underlying Chinese Communist participation in the level 4 West Biology safety laboratory, where the deadliest microbes in the world are studied, for example, lethal pathogen level 4 laboratories.

Now surfacing in a pandemic of a new type of corona virus that occurred in Wuhan, in the heart of China, just outside the level 4 biological safety virology laboratory of Chinese principles, which specialize in deadly viruses.

Shortly after delivering his speech, Chi Haotian resigned as Minister of Defense in 2003, the same year the SARS (Coronavirus) outbreak in China occurred.

It was also (coincidentally) in the same year that Beijing decided to build a level 4 biological safety virology laboratory in Wuhan.

Given Chi Haotian's speech, did the outbreak of a new corona virus in Wuhan occur by chance caused by a virus armed in the laboratory?

There are three data points that are worth considering.

First, in 2008, Taiwan's top security official told lawmakers that "Taiwan has a spy connecting the SARS virus with research conducted in Chinese laboratories," according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Given the influence of the Chinese economy and political infiltration by Chinese-language media, it is not surprising that Taiwan's National Security Bureau Director Tsai Chao-ming was forced to retract his statement, which lacked the usual "irregularities" feature.

Is Tsai Chao-ming forced to retract his true statement, because he cannot reveal the source of his spy in China?

Second, the Journal of Virology published an article by Gulfaraz Khan on February 28, 2013, which described the discovery of a new type of Coronavirus in Saudi Arabia in June 2012. This was the same corona virus, but with a difference: When it was first discovered, the corona virus cannot be easily transmitted from human to human; something has changed in the virus since then. Thus, the Wuhan version of the corona virus is labeled 2019-nCoV, instead of being labeled nCoV. nCoV is non-contagious, whereas 2019-nCoV is transmitted quickly throughout China.

In your opinion, what changed the nature of the virus transmission between 2012 and 2020? Random mutations or armed?

If the current deadly outbreak occurred in another city instead of in Wuhan, we might be inclined to believe in random mutations. But Wuhan is the center of China's biological weapons.

Should we appreciate a coincidence like that?

Third, the GreatGameIndia journal published an article entitled "Corona Virus Biological Weapons - How Does China Steal Corona Virus From Canada And Use It?"

The authors are smart enough to place Gulfaraz Khan's article in the Journal of Virology along with news of security breaches by Chinese citizens at Canada's Level 4 National Biological Safety Laboratory in Winnipeg, where the new Coronavirus is thought to be stored with other deadly organisms.

In May last year, Canadian police were called in to investigate the case, and at the end of July, Chinese were expelled from the laboratory.

Leading virologist Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, along with her husband and her unknown students from China, were all evicted from the laboratory, CBC, a Canadian news outlet reported.

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu was invited to the "Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences twice a year for two years," the CDC reported. A CBC report later refuted claims that there was evidence that Chinese scientists stole the corona virus from the laboratory.

Here, we have a reasonable theory about the journey of the nCoV organism: First discovered in Saudi Arabia, then studied in Canada, from where nCoV was stolen by a Chinese scientist and brought to Wuhan. Like a statement by Taiwan's intelligence chief in 2008, the GreatGameIndia article was also attacked. Whatever the truth, the fact of closeness and possible mutations must be contained in our calculations.

We must investigate the plague in Wuhan. China must provide total transparency to the world. The truth must be revealed.

If innocent, Chinese Communist officials don't need to hide anything. If guilty, Chinese Communist officials will refuse to cooperate.

The real concern here is whether the whole world has the courage to demand a real and thorough investigation?

People must dare to demand this and not let the "economic interests" play a game of dishonest denial. We need an honest investigation. We need it now.
